LETHARGIC FLAG DISPLAY IN LEGAZPI ON INDEPENDENCE DAY 2014

Ironically, two stores of Hong--the Taiwanese thrift store which has three outlets
in Legazpi City--paid tribute to the Philippine flag on Independence Day.
Flag display was lethargic, less than ten percent
(Albay Images estimate), but a parade was held.
